This past weekend Lin and I went to look at SUVs (cuz i’m thinking of getting one). I had narrowed my choices to either the Nissan X-trail (2.0L luxury) or the 2007 Honda CRV (2.0L). Went to look at the CRV first.
Outcome? I think I’m in love. The CRV felt soooooo luxurious compared to the X-trail. Now i gotta workout how to pay for two cars since i can’t sell off my Matrix – the trade in value is ridiculous.

Love is in the air!!!
I just bought a new suv, and I too am in love…
there is a post on my blog about it, I don’t remember where it is though…the title is something like “its not mine yet, but it will be”
Black is SWEET looking when it is clean…I have washed her 5 times in 3 weeks.
You should look in to ICE products (turtle wax makes it). I use the soap, and the liquid polish the most. Just follow the directions and it really doesnt take that much time…and the result is almost a mirror finish (the liquid polish is great on the plastic/rubber trim pieces too, just don’t use it on the glass). Only use micro fiber towles (and lots of them)…Costco sells a huge pack for cheap…never wash the car in full sunlight, as the water will dry and leave nasty water stains…
These are the things I have learned in the last 3 weeks of owning her. Oh- with a black car, you need to tint the windows as dark as possible…it really helps a ton with the over all look.
Your Honda will be a nice ride and should last forever, like hondas do!!!
Good luck!
